The elevated house is located on the water, a short distance from the city, in an unspoilt environment where nature prevails. The concept of the house is a U-shaped villa, which forms around a patio. One wing houses the open and bright living room and kitchen. In the other wing is the bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bungalow fits seamlessly into the environment, both the modest closed front and the completely transparent rear that anticipates the greenery and the water to the maximum. The generous terraces and spacious overhangs ensure maximum experience of the surrounding nature at any time of the year.

 

The house is intended to be used by artists as a temporary residence for their performances in the area. They will also use the house during that period to practice or hold jam sessions. This can be done fantastically in the patio, but also on the beautiful wide staircase overlooking the water.
